Shipping Policy

Dear customer,

We strive to deliver your product in the best possible condition. To make sure that your product is handled properly, we will pack fresh and refrigerated food in specialized packaging during transit in our refrigerated vehicles.

To ensure the best food quality when you are using our home delivery service, please :

  • Schedule a delivery appointment with us based on your availability. We will not leave it at the door. Please, be available to receive your delivery and to sign for it.
  • If you are placing a time sensitive order, please place your order two days before your event. Our perishable orders can be stored frozen or refrigerated to preserve freshness.
  • An adult must be present to receive the delivery and to sign for it.
  • Since many of our products are chilled or frozen, we request that upon receipt of delivery you continue to store delivered products at proper temperature.

My Fresh Deli is not responsible for delays in transit caused by weather, accidents, natural disasters or other unforeseeable events like third party errors. Customers are responsible for checking that the shipping information they provided at the time of the order was correct.

Once the order has shipped to the incorrectly specified address, My Fresh Deli has the option to cancel the delivery and to charge a restocking fee in the amount of 20% of the order value or to modify the delivery address to deliver where reasonable with an additional fee.
