Returns

Return Policy: All returns must be processed through our email help desk at: [email protected] Please submit your order number and the delivery date. Explanation for your claim and the condition of the item in question. Product damaged at delivery must be reported to us within 24 hours from receipt.

Refunds and Credits:

If approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Return Policy for non-perishable items:

We offer a 14-day return policy for all non-perishable, non-refrigerated items. To schedule a return, please, make sure you are within 14 days of purchase and request a return authorization by email. Please, inform us if the item has been opened and consumed. Our email address:

Return Policy for perishable items:

Perishable items require storage at proper temperatures and have a shorter shelf life. In order to return a perishable item, we request that you notify us within 48 hours of receipt of product. Items must be stored at proper temperature and returned at proper temperature for health and safety reasons. Otherwise, we can’t issue credit.

For all returnable items: 

Refund may be issued once the return is received, evaluated and processed. Clearance Items: All clearance items are sold “As Is” and are not returnable.
