Products that were sent by mistake, arrived spoiled, or have a short expiration date (less than two weeks).

Please fill out the Return Request Form or contact us directly within 24 hours of delivery. If the issue was caused on our end, we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

Products have specific storage instructions on the packaging - please follow them carefully. Perishable items should be stored chilled or frozen, while pantry staples like olive oil should be kept in a cool, dry place.
