At My Fresh Deli, we are committed to delivering your products in the best possible condition. To maintain the quality and freshness of your order, we use specialized packaging for fresh and refrigerated items.

Home Delivery Guidelines:
  • Scheduling: Please schedule your delivery appointment at checkout. 
  • Signature Confirmation: Perishables and orders requiring a signature will not be left unattended. An adult (18 years or older) must be present to receive and sign for the delivery. At checkout, you will be notified if the receipt of your order requires a signature notification. 
  • Time-Sensitive Orders: If you’re placing an order for a special event, we recommend doing so at least two days in advance. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be reviewed on the next business day. Please allow an additional two business days for processing and delivery.
  • Proper Storage: Upon receiving your order, please store perishable products at the appropriate temperature to preserve their quality.
  • A restocking fee of 20% will be charged if the customer is unavailable when a signature upon receipt is required.
Important Information:
  • My Fresh Deli is not responsible for delays in transit due to weather, accidents, natural disasters, or other unforeseeable events, including third-party errors.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that accurate shipping information is provided at checkout.
  • If your order requires a signature upon delivery but you are unable to receive it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to reschedule the delivery or offer alternative options. If the driver cannot leave the package at the door, due to freshness concerns, we will arrange a redelivery. Additional fees may apply for rescheduling, especially for perishable items.
